The Diana Wrap Dress.

With the help of Wardrobe by me I will soon have a full wardrobe by me!

My newest item is the Diana Wrap Dress, which was just released.  At first I wasn’t sure a wrap dress was my thing but I’m totally sold.  You should definitely check out all the other tester versions, there are some amazing pieces there.  Some are casual like mine, some are smoking hot and some are really elegant.  So making a wrap dress to match your style is no problem!

The pattern includes 4 sleeve lengths plus a sleeveless options, 2 collars and instructions to lengthen to a maxi dress.

Mine is a size 4 graded to 6 at the hips, with 3/4 length sleeves and the rounded collar.  The fit is perfect.  The dress hits just beneath the knees and I love that length.

The fabric is from Stoff og Stil.  I’m glad I used yellow for the topstitching, I like the contrast it gives.

Let me tell you a secret about the collar…

… It is detachable!  Genius, right?!

In conclusion another great pattern from Wardrobe by me!

Of course there is a discount the first week after the release so hop on over and get your copy of the Diana Wrap Dress and start your spring sewing!!

I'm a mom to four fantastic kids, three boys and a girl. To teenagers and to toddlers so never a dull moment in our household :) We are from Iceland but have been living in Norway since 2001. I have a newfound passion for sewing. My hubby travels a lot for work and I needed something to do at night when the little ones are a sleep because suddenly my teenage boys would rather hang with their friends or play on their pc's than be with me - why is beyond my imagination :) Thanks to Pinterest I found some amazing sewing bloggers, whom I've been stalking, and realized that I could dig out my sewing machine and start sewing. Now it's all I think about. I've been hoarding pdf patterns and learning from all the amazing tutorials that are out there. I've decided to try out this blogging thing as well to document my sewing journey. We'll see how it goes! Thanks for stopping by, I would love it if you would leave me a comment! XOXO Dagbjört

  1. This is a perfect wrap dress! Love it! I am not exactly sold on the detachable anything (my mind goes right to those 2 lengths hiking pants 😂) and that kinda undermines the fabulousness and femininity of a wrap dress
