First pattern test project of 2020 is done and it sure was a good one. The Sille blouse from Wardrobe by me.
October being a pink month I thought it was the perfect colour to use for my Esther blouse and I’m so happy with it.
When the testing call came from Coffee and Thread for the new Roho Blouse I didn’t hesitate for a second to join the fun!
I love how dramatic the sleeves are and the gathered front.
Can’t belief its February already, oh and Happy New Year to all of you!
I have been busy sewing the past weeks and now its time to start showing off what I’ve been doing. First in line is my lovely Grace the newest pattern from one of my favourite designers Wardrobe by me
It usually takes me a long time to adapt to new trends, because I get so stuck in what I’m used to. Being a pattern tester for Wardrobe by me pushes me to evolve and try new styles and I love that! Now I have been stuck in skinny jeans since about two years after they became popular, haha. Its time to try to move on and I think the Hepburn Pants just might be the thing!!
Hi again! I hope you all had a lovely summer and are settling into the fall rutine with work, school, homework and after school activities aaaand sewing of course!
I had great intensions of sewing new outfits for both my youngest for first day of school this year. Well, that didn’t happen so the plan now are new outfits for picture day – which is actually coming up pretty soon. Help!! There is always another occasion if the first plan doesn’t work out, right?! And if the second plan doesn’t work out either there is always Christmas, haha!
So my first sewing project after summer holiday was actually for ME!
I’m joining The Nina Blouse Tour today.
There are some awesome seamstresses on this tour and each creation is so delicate and beautiful! We have Olga, the super talented designer behind Coffee + Thread, to thank for this great pattern.
… using patterns from Wardrobe by me!
Christinas patterns fit me perfectly, they are usually drafted for 172 cm height so I never have to do length adjustments and the curves hit me in all the right places although I have to grade out a little bit for the hips if it’s a fitted garment. But hey, you can’t have it all on a silver plate now can you?!
I promised to show you my second Aurora blouse from Wardrobe by me and here it is and I absolutely love it!
Yet again has Wardrobe by me released a great pattern and I was in on the testing process. The pattern is called The Aurora Blouse and Dress.
