Before I went on my sewing break a few weeks ago I joined in on the testing of two of the patterns that are part of the new Lounge Library collection over at Project Run and Play.Continue reading “The Novella Pinafore and The Story.”

Teapot and Lindell
My plan of taking a little break from pattern testing only lastet for a day or two. I simply couldn’t resist the temptation when the tester call came from E&E patterns. At some point I might have to admit that I have an addiction.Continue reading “Teapot and Lindell”
Something for the men today!
I have a handsome but reluctant model for you today. He is happy with his two new shirts – not so much having to pay for them by being a model for his mom – WHAAAT?! He is looking for a job with school and I tried to convince him that perhaps this would help to get him discovered. I don’t know why but he just gave me the stink eye – hahaha!Continue reading “Something for the men today!”
Fall is coming and no matter how hard I wish for the summer to continue, I guess its time to accept the inevitable and make the kids some warmer clothes! First up is Anita in her brand new and awesome Bonfire Hoodie!
Its the season for new pj’s and with this brand new add-on to the Sai pattern from Sansahash my kids are all set in that departement, for now at least.
It’s the season for nice and cozy pj’s to lounge in, in the evenings and specially on the weekends when you have no plans and can just lazy about until noon or so.
Smile big brother!
I just have to share with you the other brother and sister set I made for these munchkins of mine.
These two are pretty happy with their new clothes!!
Twinning – all the heart eyes emojis!
These two – what can I say!
Aren’t they cute?!
A Draper Polo for my man.
Well, hello again and Happy New Year!
It’s about time to get back into the game after a total radio silence since the end of November. I was feeling a bit burnt out after all the craziness in November and Desember so I needed a break from obligations and deadlines. I’ll start the new sewing year with a polo shirt for my hubby, not to shabby I think.
Issie Top Collection
So, I’m hopping on the Issie Top Tour Bus today along with two lovely ladies from Belgium With love by Eva and Stannel and I really don’t even know where to begin! Maybe its best to start at the beginning? That will take us all the way back to 2014. Way back then I made the Little Betty Top by Sewpony and I even wrote a little blog post on it here. I’ll show you a little preview…
I mean common how stinking cute is my baby girl and her Little Betty Top?! I really loved that top. I have learned though that you don’t make an entire top out of rib knit. But hey I stencilled that butterfly on and painted those dots so that’s something. Continue reading “Issie Top Collection”
