… and here is Ania number 3!

Well, hello again!  Thanks for coming by once again to check out the third and final Ania Tunic I made during testing.  It will definitely not be the last one I make as this pattern goes all the way up to size 12.

As you can see this one is totally different!  Long sleeves and in knit so it’s way more practical for this part of the world, cause lets face it summer wont last for that long.

I made size 5 again, I could have sized down a bit when using the knit version since Anita is on the skinny side.  But as I have said before she will grow into it so no worries.  I have been playing around with the stitches on my machine as you can see on the hem.  I have problems that my stitches always end up unravelling when I use a dobbel needle and I am no fan of mending.  So until I get a cover machine I’ll have to see what works best.

This is Art Gallery fabric I believe I bought from Imagine Gnats.

We hope you enjoyed our Ania trilogy as much as I enjoyed making them and Anita does wearing them!

PS: I got this pattern in exchange for helping out during testing, all opinions are as always completely my own!

I'm a mom to four fantastic kids, three boys and a girl. To teenagers and to toddlers so never a dull moment in our household :) We are from Iceland but have been living in Norway since 2001. I have a newfound passion for sewing. My hubby travels a lot for work and I needed something to do at night when the little ones are a sleep because suddenly my teenage boys would rather hang with their friends or play on their pc's than be with me - why is beyond my imagination :) Thanks to Pinterest I found some amazing sewing bloggers, whom I've been stalking, and realized that I could dig out my sewing machine and start sewing. Now it's all I think about. I've been hoarding pdf patterns and learning from all the amazing tutorials that are out there. I've decided to try out this blogging thing as well to document my sewing journey. We'll see how it goes! Thanks for stopping by, I would love it if you would leave me a comment! XOXO Dagbjört
