One day I came home from work and found a pile of fabric on my doorsteps. I suspect it’s from one of my very good neighbors (Lena?) but I always forget to ask, anyway thank you from the bottom of my heart! It definitely made my day – I mean come on what sewing nerd doesn’t like the sight of a big pile of fabric! Whoop Whoop!!
I knew right away that some of it would become a new pair of Twisted Trousers for Viktor.
It is the perfect weight for pants. It’s probably cut offs of some kind of home décor fabric. I could even use the existing hem so this was a fast project as I already had the pattern traced from last time I made Viktor a pair, see here his sweater is from that post as well.
I love this pattern from Titchy Threads! The piping, the elastic waistband and all the little details like the tiny coin pocket. The fit is great and comfortable for him to wear. I made him a size 6 with a bit of added length since I didn’t adjust for not needing to hem.
I still have a lot left so I now I need to figure out what more to make.

The pants turned out great! Love the contrast that the piping provides.
